In 2020, as a desktop support team leader, I designed and deployed my organisation's first Work From Home Hub — a SharePoint Online portal built in direct response to COVID-19 lockdowns. With no precedent and no playbook, it gave staff a single place to navigate remote work during a disruptive time.
I'd always been drawn to web design and development. SharePoint gave me a platform to channel that instinct into real enterprise outcomes — and from that point I sought out SharePoint-focused work deliberately, and haven't looked back.
